We provide professional theatre in a pocket of southern Virginia that has limited access to the arts. We employ local actors, technicians, fine artists, chefs, and foster creativtiy within our community,
The Mill was originally a 1600s gristmill! Now it is on the register of National Historic Places. Our building has deep roots in the community and we strive to keep it well maintained as an active community gathering space.
We believe in inspiring the next generation through the magic of live theatre. With our school year classes, youth education matinees for field trips, and summer performance camps we provide learning experiences and hands on activities for children.

Yes! Swift Creek Mill Theatre is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization as defined by the Internal Revenue Code. All donations are tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law.

All donations over $25 are mentioned in our MainStage Performance playbills. There are other benefits that come with sponsorship opportunities.
