All sales are final. Tickets may be exchanged for a different date when possible up to 48 hours before the original performance. We do not guarantee availability. 

Performance or event names, dates, and times are subject to change or cancellation. In the event you are registered for a changed or cancelled event, a member of our team will reach out to you by phone or email. 

All families and children are unique. For Youth and MainStage performances, we recommend reading the description of the performance and inquiring about any particular boundaries you are worried about. All attendees must have tickets to come to a show, regardless of age.
